For current sophomores or juniors that are interested in a health-related career. Applications are now available for two of UK’s Area Health Education Center (AHEC) summer programs. There are two camps available, the Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) and the Health Researchers Youth Academy (HRYA). SEP is open to sophomores and HRYA is open to current juniors. These camps are free for students to attend! All housing, food, and materials are provided for them. These students have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare field.
