2012 Sponsorship Fact Sheet

Thank you for considering sponsorship of the Bryan Station “Defender Classic 5K”. The following Bryan Station High School booster organizations are partnering to present the race this year.

The five levels of sponsorship are detailed in the list below.

• Friend  – $50 – Your name or company name will appear on the race entry form.
• Blue     – $100 – Friend Level rewards plus logo on publicity poster and 1 free race entry and pancake breakfast.
• Gold    – $200 – Blue Level rewards plus a link to your website on the race website and 2 free race entries and breakfasts.
• Green  -  $300 – Gold Level  rewards plus your logo on the back of the race T-shirt, 3 free race entries and breakfasts.
• Presenter - $1000 or more – Green Level rewards plus a two sided exterior “We Are Bryan Station” banner as described below and, 10 free race entries and breakfasts.

Banner specification (see sample design at right):

Approximately 2 feet wide x 4 feet high vinyl sign

All images/text will be oriented as a 2 foot wide by 4 foot high page.

All layout and artwork for sponsor logo/name to be provided by the sponsor.

Artwork material must be provided in digital format, i.e., a PDF or EPS format file.

Every registered participant will receive a commemorative race T-shirt.  Our goal for the 2012 race is 500 registered participants.  If available, email artwork (jpeg, pdf or eps formats) of your company logo for the publicity poster and race T-shirt to Kate Wood at scrappykate@hotmail.com.

The Bryan Station High School PTSA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and performs the treasurer duties for the race.  Your sponsorship donation is tax deductible and is respectfully requested by Tuesday, March 13, 2012.  Please indicate on the form below which group, or groups (including All Groups) will benefit from your donation.
