The School Based Decision Making council is the governing body for this school. It determines school policy for curriculum, staffing, discipline, scheduling, instructional practices, extra-curricular activities and other matters pertinent to the operation of the school.
4 Parents, 6 Teachers and 2 Principals serve on our council.
The terms of office are from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
Qualifications: A parent council member shall be a parent, stepparent, foster parent or legal guardian of a student attending the school during the council member’s term of office. A parent is ineligible if he/she is an employee or a relative of an employee (father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, son, daughter, aunt, uncle, son-in-law and daughter-in-law) of that school or for the district central office, or a local school board member or the spouse of a school board member.

Voting will take place on April 19, 2012 in the morning and
during the Defender 5K Health Fair/ Pasta Dinner
Absentee ballots will not be allowed.
Voting hours: 8:00 to 9:15am, 3:00pm-6:00pm
